Yes, I guess life must be harder where society offers less support. I have to remind myself sometimes how lucky I am to live here. Maybe since I do I bear a greater responsibility to people who haven’t been born in the right place at the right time.

I try to be responsible. I believe that you get what you give. But sometimes that can be used as a reason not to help people who are in trouble. I have heard it said that you shouldn’t try to get in the way of someone else’s karma. Like everyone gets what they deserve.

Maybe what comes to each of us really is a product of what we have given out, but I certainly don’t feel like I am in any position to judge anything for anyone else.

This is inspiring a post for me, finally. How to give. That is something I struggle with.

You sound like a very responsible person. I mean, you are owning up to responsibility for your own life, which many aren’t willing to do. That takes a lot of maturity and strength.

Sometimes I don’t feel responsible for my own life, but then, when I think about it, who else would be responsible? No one I can think of.
